To implement corporate social responsibility through action, CEM established "CEM Ambassadors Team", a volunteer service team, in 2004. CEM was among the first batch of institutions to set up a volunteer team in Macau, with over 70 staff volunteers participated. 

Besides executing the Community Program and participating in various charitable community activities on a regular basis, the team also visits hospitalized children and elderly centres etc., during the festive season, in a bid to offer love and care for vulnerable groups and create a more welcoming community with love.
